Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

The Horizon Outlet ships to all 50 states. Extra shipping charges and restrictions apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally.

Normal shipping: Most orders are sent via FedEx. A Horizon Outlet customer can expect to receive a package within 3-4 business days from the date of shipping, depending on where they are located in the United States. The Horizon Outlet normally processes orders within 42 business hours upon receipt of the order unless there are items out of stock and need to be backordered. Therefore, a customer’s order will be processed and shipped within 7- 10 business days. Orders $200 or more will be sent by “Direct Signature Required” with a fee of $3.50 being passed along to the customer. Orders $500 or more will require an adult signature. Some orders may be shipped in multiple boxes and/or come from different warehouses depending on in stock and backorder item availability.

Returns:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is received damaged, returns and exchanges can be made by mail up to 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, NO returns will be accepted and NO refunds will be processed. A refund/credit of the item will be given to the customer’s merchant credit card. This will be reflected on the customers next months billing cycle. If you need to return one or more items to the Horizon Outlet please download and use this Return Authorization Form.

Shipping and processing is non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees. We strongly urge customers to cover items being returned with shipping insurance through their carrier. We are not responsible for returned items lost or undelivered. Prom/Formal Attire and Clearance Items are final sale/non-returnable or refundable.

Damaged Items:

Customers should contact customer service immediately at 1-800-251-6144, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST or Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST (excluding holidays) to report items received damaged, confirming that the damage happened in shipping and is not the result of use or misuse of the product.
